UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Respondent Nos. 1, 10 and 16 have already filed counter .<br>Tidavit.

Other respondents have been served but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Respondent Nos. 2, 7, 15 and 18 have failed to file counter affidavit in spite of last chance. However, Ms. Rachana Srivastava, Advocate appears on behalf of respondent No. 2 submits that she will be filing counter affidavit during the course of the day. If same is filed, be taken on record.

In view of the above, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.
