"On the joint request of learned counsel for the parties, list W.P.(C) no. 63 of 2015 with Contempt Petition (Crl.) No. 2/2015 in WP(Crl.) No.120/2012 (as regards the alleged contemnor No.2) on 7th December, 2015 at 2:00 p.m."

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 02.12.2015 filed an additional affidavit (copy of the same is being circulated herewith).

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 03.12.2015 filed application for direction and the same has been registered as I.A. No. 10 (Copy of the same is being circulated herewith).
