UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The joint compilation runs into nine volumes! The written synopsis has not been filed because parties found it difficult to confine it to 5 pages as liberty was granted on the last date. We have asked the parties to suggest a practical approach to facilitate hearing of the appeals.

Learned counsel for the parties state that they will take out the relevant extract which are sought to be referred to and make one compilation of the same in consultation with the counsels for the parties. They will also in view thereof submit a synopsis in terms of our orders.

Thus if any particular document has to be referred to as a whole the Court will have the

facility of the nine volumes but would not be required to resort to the same in the course of hearing.

List for directions on 23.02.2022 in miscellaneous matters to ensure that the house keeping is completed so that the matters can be then set down for hearing in the week thereafter.
