The learned senior counsel, Mr. Raiesh Mahale for the $\mathbf{1} =$ petitioner states that though the orders in respect of which charge is being framed against the petitioner for committing contempt of orders dated 27.03.2019 and 23.10.2019, in view of the fresh agreement having been executed on 17.03.2022 and work award granted on 18.03.2022, he shall be shifting the overhead line at his expenses within four months.
- Let the petitioner file an affidavit in that regard within two Signature North Kis.
