Respondent no.1 has already filed counter affidavit.

Despite due service on respondent no.3, there is no appearance.

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent no.2, to file counter affidavit.

After expiry of the said period, matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.

Despite due service on respondent nos.1 to 3, there is no appearance.

Hence, process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.

SLP(C) No. 249/2023

Ld. Counsel for petitioner has filed affidavit of dasti service after having served copy of petition on respondent no.1. Hence, service is deemed to be complete on respondent no.1.

However, at this stage, Sh. Karan Thakur, Ld. Advocate appearing for Sh. Devender Singh, Ld. AOR, seeks for time, to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no.1.
