Respondent No.1 (In-Person) in C.A. No. 11344/2016 has stated express the appellant has not provided the copies of the pleadings to him. The learned counsel for appellant is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the Respondent No.1 (In-Person) within a

weeks' time and file proof. The respondent In-Person shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
Respondent No.1 (In-Person) is common in both matters and his application to appear and argue the matter In-Person has already been allowed in C.A. No. 11344/2016 thus his appearance is also recorded in C.A. No. 11343/2016.
Ld. Counsel for the appellant shall within a period of two weeks file the spare copy for reference of Tribunal in both the appeals.
