The ld. counsel for the petitioner is present. SLP(CRL.) NO.6175/2011

Although three weeks time as final chance was granted to the sole respondent for filing the counter affidavit yet he has not done the needful. Accordingly, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court if and when the connected one gets ready. SLP(CRL.) NO.6176/2011

What gets revealed from the perusal of the office report is that the matter is to be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers in view of the default of the petitioner in filing the requisites for the service of notice to the respondent No.12. Therefore, no further opportunity is warranted to be given on that count. Accordingly, it is directed that the matter shall be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber with utmost dispatch for further orders.
