UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Service is complete. Respondent No.18 has already filed the counter affidavit.

Mr. Yash Sampat, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of the respondent No.10. He seeks and is given two weeks time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks time to file the counter affidavit.

Learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 has stated that the petitioner has not provided the copies of the pleadings to him. The learned counsel for petitioner is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel within a weeks' time and file proof. The respondent shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, as last chance thereafter. After expiry of four weeks, list the matter before the Hon'ble Court.

Other appearing respondents have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.
