Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

The application for condonation of delay made by the appellant discloses that the delay is of 142 days. In view of proviso to Section 125 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and interpretation put to it by this Court in the case of Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board v. Central Electricity Regulatory Commission and Others1, the delay cannot be condoned. Hence, the application for condonation of delay is rejected. The appeals do not survive and the same are accordingly dismissed.
