UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

SLP(C) No. 1286/2021

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is granted four weeks time as final opportunity to file affidavit of dasti service in respect of respondent nos.4, 5, 8, 15, 20, 31, 32, 37, 39, 48, 52, 82, 84 and 93.

Respondent no.29 has failed to file counter affidavit despite last opportunity having been granted. However, ld. Counsel submits that she will file the same during the course of the day. Be filed. If filed, be taken on record, else further opportunity stands declined.

Service is complete on the remaining respondents but none has entered appearance.
