The Writ Petition alongwith applications above mentioned is filed on 09.10.2014 by Mrs. Sarla Chandra, Advocate for the Petitioner praying therein to:-

(i) "To issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents No. 1 and other concerned Respondents to declare the displaced persons/Refugees from erstwhile East Pakistan (Bangladesh) etc. who are victim of partition of India & have faced persecution/civil disturbances in that country, as displaced persons/Refugees in India not the "illegal migrants"/illegal immigrants."

It is submitted that Writ Petition (C) No. 292/2014 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25.04.2014 when the Court was pleased to issue notice. (Copy of order dated 25.04.2014 is enclosed herewith).

It is lastly submitted that Mrs. Sarla Chandra, Advocate for petitioner has on 03.11.2014 filed additional documents. The same is being circulated for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The Writ Petition alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for orders.
