Ms. Abha R. Sharma, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of respondent No. 1. She seeks and is given two weeks' time to file vakalatnama and four weeks' time to file counter affidavit.

Four weeks' time is given to the Ld. Counsel for the parties to file the additional documents. After expiry of four weeks, list the matters before the Hon'ble Court.
