UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
In spite of service of notice, there is no effective assistance from the State of Bihar in this matter. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has placed orders passed by this Court in Transfer Petition (Crl.) In view of that, we have no option but to stay further proceedings arising out of F.I.R. No.31/2013 dated 17-7-2013 lodged with the Economic Offence Police Station against the applicants/petitioners and further proceedings in the Special Case No.45/2013 pending before the Special Judge 1st, Vigilance, Patna.
