UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following ORDER
Nobody is present for the petitioner. Petitioner has failed to confirm service upon unserved respondent No.5, even after sufficient time has been granted till date.
List the matter before the Hon'ble Chamber Judge for non-prosecution against unserved respondent.
After passing such order, Learned Advocate Mr. V. Balaji who was present before this Court is requested for some more time to confirm service upon unserved respondent, stating that infact Standing Counsel is already served and they may file Vakalatnama.
