UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Subject to payment of costs of Rs. 35,000/- towards litigation expenses for the respondents within two weeks from today before the Registry of this Court, issue notice on the application seeking estimation of delay as well as on the Special Leave Petition, returnable in six weeks.
The amount so deposited shall be kept in an interest bearing short term Fixed Deposit, in a nationalised bank, on autorenewal basis.
It is made clear that on appearance of the respondents, the deposited amount shall be permitted to be withdrawn by them along with accrued interest.
