UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Makhija, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents.

We have perused the Circular dated 23.04.1990 of the Punjab State Electricity Board and what was referred to in the later Circular dated 28.02.1994 granting the benefit of time bound pay-scale to the respondents. The decision of the learned Single Judge as also of the Division Bench are also perused and considered and we find no infirmity therein requiring our interference with the said orders.

The Special Leave Petition accordingly stands dismissed. However, question of law, if any, is left open.

In consequence of the above order, the petitioner is expected to disburse the dues to the respondents, within two months from today.

Pending application(s), if any, stand closed.
