"Mr. S.K. Ravi, the Voluntary Liquidator of Respondent No. 1, is present inperson and prays for some time to file counter affidavit. Counter affidavit may be filed within four weeks from today. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within four weeks thereafter. List the matter on 21st July, 2014."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that pursuant to the aforesaid order M/s Parekh & Co., Advocates for the petitioner has filed supllementary affidavit which is included in the paper books.

It is further submitted that respondent No. 1 inperson has filed rejoinder affidavit to reply affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 4 i.e. Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.
