Delay in filing spare copy of SLP is condoned.
In the interest of justice, four weeks' time is granted to serve unserved respondent No.2 and to file proof of service, failing which this special leave petition shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution qua unserved respondent No.2 without further reference to the Court.
Dasti service, in addition, is permitted.
