Respondent nos. 2 and 3 have remained unserved till date.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has not taken any steps to serve the unserved respondent nos. 2 and 3.
In view of the above, one further opportunity is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioners to effect service on unserved respondent nos. 2 and 3, within four weeks from today, subject to payment of costs of Rs.5000/-, to be deposited with the Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Welfare Trust, within one week from today.
In case of non-compliance, the special leave petition shall stand dismissed, as against respondent nos. 2 and 3, without further reference to the Bench.
