The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 28.11.2013 stating that the notice of Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 have been served through the Legal Cell of State of Karnataka. Office has raised an objection that the proof of service is not filed. The Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited my attention to the endorsement on the letter dated 28.11.2013 which indicates the acceptance of notice and is signed on behalf of the Legal Cell.
In the light of above, office may treat it as proper service. Mr. V.N. Raghupathy,Advocate proposes to appear for all the respondents and seeks two weeks' time for filing vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Time is granted. List the matter on 19.2.2014.
