The Writ Petition along with application above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 31.08.2015 with office report dated 31.08.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"We have perused the affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner in his attempt to serve notice on the first respondent who is stated to have declined the service of notice. We, therefore, direct the petitioner to serve notice through Court. Petitioner is also permitted to serve notice on Standing Counsel for the first respondent.

List the metter after two weeks.

In the meanwhile, until further orders, there shall be stay of the proceedings before the High Court."

It is submitted that pursuant to the aforesaid order, dasti show cause notice was issued to the Ms. Kaveeta Wadia, Advocte for service of notice on respondent no. 1. The advocate has on 08.09.2015 filed proof of service after serving copy of the writ petition on the standing counsel for the State of Jammu & Kashmir. The advocate has also on 24.09.2015 filed affidavit of service along with proof of service after serving dasti notice on the Registrar, High Court of Jammu & Kashmir but no one has entered appearance on behalf of the said respondent so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 08.09.2015 an application for deletion of respondent nos. 7 to 13 from the array of parties and the same has been registered as Crl. M.P. No. 15477 of 2015 (copy of the same as a separate paper book has been placed with the writ petition paper book).

It is further submitted that Ms. Kaveeta Wadia, counsel for the petitioner has on 11.09.2015 filed vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 6 along with authority letter from the said respondents but she has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service of notice is complete by way of affidavit of service.

The Writ Petition alongwith applications above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
