Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and having perused the material placed on record, we are not inclined to consider interference in the order dated 15.09.2021, as passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Nagpur Bench in CRLA (ABA)

Reason:

Therefore, this petition is required to be dismissed.

However, in the interest of justice, it is provided that if the petitioner surrenders within two weeks before the Trial Court and applies for bail, his prayer for bail may be considered expeditiously by the Trial Court.

For a period of two weeks from today or until the disposal of the application for bail, whichever be the earlier, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

This special leave petition stands dismissed subject to the observations foregoing.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
