UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

We have heard learned counsel for the parties.

Permission to file the special leave petition(s) is granted.

Issue notice in the special leave petitions.

Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks. Rejoinder, if

any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.

In case the persons concerned are still working, they shall not be disturbed. We make it further clear that so long as they are working they shall be paid salary.

Post on Wednesday, the 10th October, 2018 for final hearing.

Since this Court has posted the matter for final hearing, we request the High Court to defer the contempt petition for the time being.

As prayed, respondent No(s).10 to 145 are deleted from the array of the parties at the risk of the petitioner. I.A.No.91756 of 2018 is accordingly disposed of.
