The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 07th May, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue notice. Till the next date of hearing, no coercive steps be taken for making Revenue recoveries against the Petitioner."

Accordingly show cause notice was issued to both the respondent through registered A.D. post. Mr. Ramesh Babu M.R., Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/memo of appearance on behalf of both the respondents but not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is submitted that Mr. Romy Chacko, Advocate for the petitioner has on 31.7.2015 filed an application for direction with Annexure 'A'(registered as I.A. No. 2) (Copy of the same has been included in the SLP's paper books for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

Service of show cause notice is complete.
