The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the final Judgments and Orders dated 23.03.2016 and 20.06.2016 passed by the High Court of Karnataka at Bengaluru in Writ Appeal No. 16454/2011 and R.P. No. 245/2016 in Writ Petition No. 16454/2011.
