The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.11.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue notice both on the special leave petition as also on the limitation."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued on 29.01.2016 to all the Four Respondents through registered A.D. Post.

Ms. Anitha Shenoy, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Memo of Appearance and Counter Affidavit in respect of Respondent No. 1 to 3. A.D Cards unsigned has been received in respect of Respondent Nos. 4

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Registrar Court from time to time and when lastly listed on 29.08.2016, the following Order was passed:

"Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has failed to take fresh steps for the service of notice to the respondent No.4 despite opportunities. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders. List thereafter."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken any step for effecting service of show cause notice on unserved Respondent No. 4 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent No 4.

The office report on default in the matter above mentioned is, therefore, listed

before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for orders.
