UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following ORDER

Service is complete upon respondent Nos.1, 3 to 5, 7, 8, 10 to 14 and 16 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Notice could not be served to Respondent Nos. 2, 6, 9 and 15 as postal remark shows "undelivered". Hence, Ld. counsel for the petitioner shall file the fresh particulars of the above Signature Not Verified pondents and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of $\frac{1}{50.17}$ notice to them within a period of two weeks.

Mr. Ravi Kumar Tomar, Advocate has on 20.01.2020 filed an application for impleadment.

Viewed thus, matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await Orders. List thereafter.
