The Writ Petition above mentioned is filed on 06.11.2015 by

Mr. Anirudh Sharma, Advocate for the Petitioner praying therein to:-

"(i) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction striking down Article 35-A of the Constitution of India, as being made applicable to the State of Jammu & Kashmir vide The Constitution (Application to Jammu & Kashmir) Order, 1954, dated 14.05.1954, as unconstitutional being violative of Part III of the Constitution of India."

It is submitted that Writ Petition (C) No. 722 of 2014 arising out of similar issue is pending and was listed before Hon'ble Court on 19.08.2014 when the Court was directed to issue notice. (Copy of order dated 19.08.2014 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

The Writ Petition along with application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for orders.
