The Writ Petition above-mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 28.04.2015 with Office Report dated 27.04.2015, when he was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"The respondent No. 1 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 17.02.2015 of this Court. List again on 17.08.2015."

Pursuant to aforesaid Order, it is submitted that Counter Affidavit has not been filed on behalf of Respondent No. 1, so far.

It is next submitted that Mr. Rameshwar Pd. Goyal, Advocate for the Petitioner has on 20.05.2015 filed affidavit of dasti service after served the notice to the Counsel for the Respondent No. 2 but no one has entered appearance so far.

Service of notice is complete.

The Writ Petition above-mentioned is listed before the Registrar's Court with this Office Report for orders.
