It is submitted that as directed above, show cause notice to all the 6 respondents was issued on 09.07.2016 by registered A.D. A. D. Card duly signed has been received from Respondent No. 6 but no one has entered appearance so far. Unserved cover in respect of Respondent No. 2 has been received with postal remarks "Incomplete Address". Nothing has been received from Respondent No. 1 & 3 to 5 so far.

SLP (C) No. 21895 of 2016:-

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 05.08.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Applications for exemption from filing c/c of the impugned judgment and for permission to file lengthy list of dates are allowed. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) Nos. 16529-16531 of 2016."

It is submitted that as directed above, show cause notice to all the 5 Respondents could not be issued as counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies of SLP paper-books so far.

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
