It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 10.05.2016 of the High Court of Gauhati at Guwahati in Writ Appeal No. 284/2014 alongwith applications for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order and permission to file lengthy list of dates(registered as I.A. Nos. 1 and 2 respectively) and the same have been included in SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) Nos. 16529-16531/2016 @ CC No. 10330/2016 arising out same judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 01.07.2016, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 01.07.2016 is enclosed herewith.

The matter alongwith applications above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
