SLP (C) Nos. 16529-16531 of 2016:-

It is submitted that A. D. Card duly signed has been received from Respondent No. 4 but no one has entered appearance so far. Ms. Pinky Bahra, Advocate has on 23.08.2016 filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 6 but has not filed counter-affidavit so far. Counsel for the petitioner has on 23.08.2016 filed fresh address of Respondent No. 2 but has not filed spare copy of SLP to issue fresh show cause notice to Respondent No. 2. Despite this Registry's letter dated 23.08.2016, Counse has not done the needful so far. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover has been received in respect of Respondent Nos. 1,3 & 5 so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 & 5 so far.

SLP (C) No. 21895 of 2016:-

It is submitted that as directed above, counsel for the petitoner has on 23.08.2016 filed only 4 copies of SLP paper-books. Whereas there are 5 Respondents in this matter. Despite, this Registry's letter dated 24.08.2016, counsel has not done the needful so far. Hence show cause notice to all the 5 respondents could not be issued so far.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
