UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the member of the petitioner-Association, who was pursuing this matter, his licence period has expired.

In that view of the matter, he is not interested in pursuing this petition any further.

It is further submitted that if any other member having valid/existing licence may be granted liberty to pursue the issue before the High Court, where the matter is listed for hearing on 19th November, 2020.

In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.

Pending applications shall stand disposed of accordingly.
