The matters above mentioned have been filed by Mr. G. Prakash, Advocate on behalf of the Petitioner against the final Judgment and Orders dated 17.11.2015 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in Crl. Rev. Pet. No. 1814/2002, 1665/2003, 1981/2003, 2173/2003, 2511/2003, 317/2004, 439/2004 and Crl.M.C No. 417/2011, 2105/2001, 2106/2011, 2932/2011, 3128/2011, 1374/2012 and 2755/2013.
It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed a letters dated 24.09.2016 and 25.10.2016 stating therein that all the relevant exhibits as mentioned in the impugned judgment and therefore not necessary to be filed. Copy of the letters have been included in Special Leave Petition paper books at page Nos. 208 & 209.
It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 7004 of 2015 arising out of similar criminal case was listed before Hon'ble Court on 21.08.2015, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is pending before the Court. A Copy of the Record of proceedings dated 21.08.2015 is enclosed herewith.
It is submitted that Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 1746 of 2014 referred to as Annexure P5 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14.02.2014 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to dismiss the same. A copy of Record of Proceedings dated 14.02.2014 is annexed as annexure P5 at page no. 155 in Special Leave Petition paper books.
The applications in matter above mentioned are therefore listed before Hon'ble Court with this office report.
