(Not Present) UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R The petitioner-husband in SLP(Crl.) No.6231 of 2012 as also respondent no.2-wife along with the child are present in person along with their counsel. We have been told that the parties are exploring the possibility of an amicable settlement. As jointly prayed for, list the matters on 15.04.2014. On that date, all of them shall be personally present. In the meanwhile, learned counsel representing respondent no.2 wife in SLP(Crl.) No.6231/2012 shall furnish to the counsel representing the petitioner-husband her contact number and residential address so as to enable the father to talk to the child.
The father shall be allowed to talk to the child on a regular basis without causing any inconvenience to him in his studies. Further, the paternal grand-parents of the child may visit him
after giving prior intimation of that to the mother.
At the oral prayer made by the wife, we implead Gururaj Hathawar as party respondent in SLP(Crl.) No.7539/2012. The husband - Dr. Koteswar S. Muralidhar assures us that Gururaj Hathawar shall enter appearance in the case.
Cause title be amended accordingly.
Till the next date of hearing, further proceedings in (i) M.C.

No.153 of 2011 pending in the Court of Family Judge, Mangalore (Karnataka) and (ii) O.S. No.152 of 2013 pending before the Civil Judge (SD) at Bellary (Karnataka), shall remain stayed.
We further direct that none of the parties shall resort to any other proceedings whether civil or criminal, against each other or their family members during the pendency of these special leave petitions without the leave of this Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner (husband) shall return the passport to his client.
