(Not Present) UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R The petitioner (husband) in S.L.P. (Crl.) No. 6231 of 2012 as also respondent No. 2 (wife) along with the child are present in person along with their counsel. We have been told that the parties are exploring the possibility of an amicable settlement. As a first measure, we deem it expedient that their son, namely, Sankalpa be allowed to be in the company of the father till 5.00 p.m. today. Needless to state that, thereafter, the child shall be given to the mother. If the mother wishes to remain with the child during the period, she can do so. The petitioner (husband) undertakes to hand over the Passport to his counsel. List the matters tomorrow at 10.00 a.m. in the Chamber.
