| UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following<br>O R D E R | |||
| The petitioner as also respondent no.2 are present in | |||
| person along with their child named Sankalp and their | |||
| respective counsel. | |||
| We direct respondent no.2 to produce the child on | |||
| 15.05.2014<br>at<br>11 | A.M.<br>before<br>2 | the<br>Family | Court<br>at |
| Bangalore, Karnataka. The petitioner shall be personally | |||
| present before the Family Court at Bangalore on the said | |||
| date<br>and<br>time.<br>The | Family<br>Court | shall<br>hand | over<br>the |
| custody of child to the petitioner on that day for being | |||
| looked after by him, till 26.05.2014. | |||
| The petitioner shall report about the welfare of the |
child to the Family Court at Bangalore once in every
three days, with intimation to respondent no.2. On the day of such reporting by the petitioner, the child shall also be produced in the Family Court where respondent no.2 shall have the right to talk to him. This arrangement will continue till 25.05.2014.
The petitioner shall report along with the child on 26.05.2014 at 2 P.M. to the Family Court at Bangalore and on the said date, the Family Court shall hand over the custody of child again to respondent no.2.
List these matters for further consideration on 01.07.2014 before the same Bench. The Registry is directed to send a copy of this Order
to the Family Court at Bangalore, Karnataka, forthwith.
