UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Permission to file S.L.P.(C) Diary No.20834 of 2019 is granted.

Delay in all the special leave petitions is condoned.

Mr. P.S. Patwalia, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners in SLP(C)Diary No.22662 of 2019, has submitted that subsequent to the impugned order the seniority list has been published on 29.06.2019 by the Government of Manipur, Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms, again placing the direct recruitees over the promotees. In this regard, challenging the order dated 29.06.2019 the promotees filed W.P.No.546 of 2019 in which learned Single Judge of Manipur High Court has passed an adinterim order of stay.

We have heard Mr. V. Giri, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners-State of Manipur in SLP(C)D.No.20834 of 2019 and Mr. Jaideep Gupta, learned senior counsel appearing for respondent no.1-Ningam Siro.

Having regard to the submissions made at the Bar, issue notice.

The Registry is directed to list the special leave petitions along with SLP(C)No.17007 of 2019 on 12.09.2019.

Service to be completed in all matters.

Dasti, in addition, is also permitted.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties may remain prepared for making their respective submission.
