UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Four weeks time is granted to respondent Nos. 1 to 10 to file the counter affidavit.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent Nos. 11 to 16.

Ld. Counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has informed him that he would like to change the Advocate and as such he would be withdrawing from the petition. Ld. Counsel seeks and is granted four weeks time to file appropriate application in this regard.

List again on 1.5.2024.

Despite service of notice on respondent Nos. 1 to 4 there is no appearance on their behalf.

At this stage, Ld. Counsel Mr. Rajesh Mahale submits that he has already filed the vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4. Registry to verify the same. If so, four weeks time is granted to file the counter affidavit.

After expiry of four weeks, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court under the rules.
