No. 9531 of 2014 and Respondent No. 7 in C.A. No. 9532 of 2014 pending before the High Court in S.A. No. 846 of 2002 despite this Registry's dated 21.07.2015 and 10.08.2015, so far. Hence the Notice for Lodgment of Petition of Appeal is still pending to be issued in above matters.
