Card duly signed was received from the sole petitioner but the petitioner has not chosen to either appear in person or make any alternative arrangements. Thereafter a copy of notice for

:2: alternative arrangement has also been issued to the Secretary, Supreme Court Legal Services Committee but no one was appointed on behalf of the sole petitioner so far.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the special leave petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
