UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. Jaiprakash Chavan, learned counsel submits that service on the unserved respondents could not be effected due to the pandemic situation. The counsel accordingly prays for time to notice a substituted serve in manner, upon the unserved respondents.

The R.No.1 is represented by Sandeep Deshmukh, learned counsel and he submits that unserved respondents are residing in the same village in Maharashtra and the counsel for appellants can serve through other modes as well.

In view of above, six weeks' time, as final opportunity, is granted to ensure service on unserved respondents. The appellants are permitted to effect service through all permissible modes. re Not Verified
