It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Civil Appeal No. 4433 of 2014 between the same parties challenging in the order dated 14.01.2010 in the same case was allowed by the Hon'ble Court and was remanded back to High Court for a fresh decision on 07.04.2014 (Copy of the order dated 07.04.2014 is included in the paperbooks at page Nos. 250253 as Annexure P27).

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 18.08.2015 regarding clarification of order dated 17.11.1992 and also clarified that C. A. No. 4433 of 2014 which was filed here by the same party but cause was different and now parties are also same but cause is different (Copy of the Advocate's letter dated 18.08.2015 is included in the paperbooks at page No. 258).
