"A short counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents has already been filed. Learned counsel for the respondents prays for and is granted two weeks' time to file reply to the I.A. Four weeks' time is granted to the petitionerapplicant viz. Union of India to file rejoinder affidavit to the short counter affidavit of the respondents and also to the reply which may be filed to this I.A. List the I.A. on 2nd August, 2016."
