"A short counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents has already been filed. Learned counsel for the respondents prays for and is granted two weeks' time to file reply to the I.A. Four weeks' time is granted to the petitionerapplicant viz. Union of India to file rejoinder affidavit to the short counter affidavit of the respondents and also to the reply which may be filed to this I.A. List the I.A. on 2nd August, 2016."

Seperate Short Counter Affidavits filed on behalf of both the Respondents have been included in Paper Books. But no Rejoinder Affidavit to the Short Counter Affidavit has been filed so far.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Respondents has on 30.07.2016 filed reply to the petitioners application for stay. Copy of the same has been included in the Paper Books.
