It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed spare copies of SLP only in SLP (C) Nos. 1796368/2016 and 2408386/2016 and fresh show cause notice was issued to unserved respondents. In SLP (C) Nos.1796378 of 2016 bag received at Sector 45 and SLP (C) Nos. 2408386 of 2016, item bagged to Gurgaon in respect of Respondent Nos. 3 & 6 and item bagged to Industrial Estate in respect of Respondent Nos. 4 & 5.
It is further submitted that no one has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 1 (State) despite 4 weeks time granted by Ld. Registrar to appearing Advocate for Respondent No. 1.
