It is submitted that Mr.Gagan Gupta, Advocate has filed Special Leave Petition on 4.4.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 10.12.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 7804/2011 & 528/2012 alongwith application for permission to file Special Leave Petition, Application for exemption from filing official translation and Application for permission to file additional documents.

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased appellant namely Smt. Santra, Ram Kishan, Raghbir which is barred by time by 2073 and 419 days and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application.

It is further submitted that SLP filed against the Order dated 10.12.2015 in RFA No. 528/2012 is within time, whereas there is a delay of 25 days in filing the SLP against the order dated 10.12.2015 in RFA No.25. Further there is a delay of 67 days in refiling both the SLPs. Thus there is a delay of 25 days and 92 days in filing and refiling the Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with CC No.1407879/2016 Entitled BIJENDER SINGH ETC vs LAND ACQUISITION COLLECTOR AND ORS ETC as both are arising out of common relied upon order.

It is further submitted Mr. Gagan Gupta, Advocate has on 4.8.2016 filed additional documents(common Award) (Award in LAC No. 358/2006) as per undertaking letter dated 10.7.2016 which is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
