It is submitted that Mr. R.C. Kohli, Advocate has filed Special Leave Petition on 17.06.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 10.12.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 171 and 1194 of 2012(O&M) and 4438 of 2014 (O&M) alongwith application for permission to file Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution to bring on record the LRs of deceased petitioner nos. 4, Respondent Nos. 7, 10, 12 & 13 in RFA No. 171/2012, petitioner no. 1 in RFA No. 1194 of 2012 in the High Court which are barred by time by 1372, 571, 560, 320, 429, 1204 days and 684 days in respect of deceased petitioner no. 1(i) in RFA No. 1194/2012 respectively and

Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application.

It is further submitted that SLP filed against the Order dated 10.12.2015 is barred by time by 94 days in RFA No. 171/2012, 81 days in RFA No. 1194/2012 and 85 days in RFA No. 4438 of 2014. Further there is a delay of 13 days in refiling both the SLPs. Thus, there is a total delay of 107, 94 and 98 days in filing and refiling the Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No.21982 of 2016 @ CC No. 12999 of 2016 Entitled Jaswant Versus State Of Haryana And Ors. arising out of common order was directed by the Hon'ble Court on 18.07.2016. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 18.07.2016 is enclosed herewith).(Main matter SLP (C) No. 2198521990/2016)

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) Nos. 95829583 of 2016 entitled Kamlesh Versus State of Haryana & Ors. Etc. arising out of common order was directed by the Hon'ble Court on 06.05.2016. SLP is pending after notice) Copy of order dated 06.05.2016 is annexed as Annexure P10 at page nos. 135136 in the Paper Books).(Main matter SLP (C) No. 1427714327/2016).

The matter is, therefore, listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
