It is submitted that S.L.P.(C) Nos. 16229-16230 of 2015, arising out of similar issue, was dismissed by the Hon'ble Court on 06.07.2015 (copy of order dated 06.07.2015 is enclosed herewith).

It is submitted that the writ petitions above-mentioned have been tagged with W.P.(C) No. 249 of 2017 as all are arising out of similar issue.
