UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. It is a joint statement made by the parties that in place of the present arrangement, visitation rights of the child for a period of twelve hours on Saturdays and Sundays may be ordered. Respondentmother if wants visitation rights for one day in weekdays, it can be considered. Acting on the submission, we order as follows:

"The respondent-wife will be given visitation rights of the child w.e.f. 10 am to 8 p.m. on every Saturday and Sunday in place of the earlier visitation rights. So far as the submission regarding visitation rights for one day on weekdays, is concerned, the parties can decide the particular day of the weekdays as per their mutual convenience.

As far as the enjoyment of the visitation rights on Saturday(s) and Sunday(s) are concerned in order to facilitate the same the petitioner will take the child to the matrimonial home i.e. N-52, Asmakam Flats, near Torrent Power, Makarba, Ahmedabad.

Needless to say the arrangement will be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.

This order will not stand in the way of Counselling and assessment which is being undertaken at the hospital for Mental Health, Ahmedabad."
