UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Accordingly, we pass the following order:
The petitioner and the respondent are referred to the Hospital for Mental Health, Outside Delhi Gate, Shahibaug Road, Ahmedabad-380004. The medical superintendent will assign the parties to the Doctor or a team of doctors.
We only stipulate the condition that neither the Doctor or any one in the team should have had any earlier occasion to treat the respondent. In other words, the superintendent will assign the parties to a Doctor or a team of doctors who would be assessing her on first time basis.
Registry will send a copy of this order to Medical Superintendent, Hospital for Mental Health, Outside Delhi Gate, Shahibaug Road, Ahmedabad-380004.
The parties will appear before the Superintendent on 19.12.2022.
The previous arrangement regarding interaction for four hours every day will continue.
List this matter on 23.01.2023 with the report of the hospital.
